WordMasters Champions...

WordMasters is a program that was adopted by our Middle School Language Arts team. The intent of the program was to increase vocabulary in the middle level grades. Students were divided into Gold and Blue groups to learn new words during each trimester.

Towards the end of the trimester students were challenged on their new vocabulary words through analogies. The analogy challenge was written by the WordMasters national program. Each trimester, we accumulated points for each analogy challenge. Students worked hard to learn and use the words. We recognized high scorers for each analogy challenge during DPC.

Now, we have the opportunity to figure the individuals accumulated score. Below are the cumulative winners for each WordMasters group. The top scorers in each division will get a medal and the top ten in each division will get a certificate. Students will receive the recognition during DPC today, May 8th.
